Capcom aims to turn Remember Me into big brand
Capcom has revealed it wants to turn Remember Me into a big, long-term brand.
The game was one of the more exciting announcements at Gamescom this week, featuring a woman who can break into other people’s minds to steal or change their memories.
Capcom US and Europe marketing boss, Michael Pattison, said that there will be a lot of investment going into Remember Me to make sure it is a success.
Pattison told MCV: "When Dontnod showed us their content it really jumped out.
"And we couldn't not work with them. It is to a view that this will be a long-term partnership with them. This is Capcom's IP. We do intend to work on it for a long time to come.
"It is something that we see as having a long-term future, and we are investing in accordingly."
Remember Me is set to launch for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC next May.
