Digimon Masters special anniversary events

Joymax has announced special events and contests for free-to-play MMORPG Digimon Masters' first anniversary.

Eight events and contests will be launched to celebrate the anniversary, such as a chance of winning a special Digi-Egg or gathering birthday cakes.

All events can be achieved with a movement speed increase of 30% during the special Speed Event.

CEO of Joymax, Nam-Chul Kim, said: "It's always a special moment when one of our games hits its anniversary.

"It reminds us of how we started off and how the game has lasted this long through the love and interest from our players."

The game, based on the fifth anime series 'Digimon Savers', gives players the chance to take on the role of one of three main characters - Marcus, Thomas or Yoshino - as they raise, collect and battle Digimon.
