F1 2012 demo drops this week; new trailer

Codemasters will release an F1 2012 demo this week for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Xbox 360 players will get the demo today with PC users getting it tomorrow. Those with a PlayStation 3 can get their hands on the demo from Wednesday.

The demo will let players sample two of the game's new features, Young Driver Test and Season Challenge.

The Young Driver Test acts as a tutorial mode, teaching players how to handle their cars.

Season Mode sees players compete across ten races to become the number one driver on the grid. For the demo, players will pick a rival to beat in a five-lap race at Monza.

To celebrate the launch of the demo, Codemasters has released a new gameplay trailer recreating the key moments from the 2012 FIA Formula One World Championship.
