Fable: The Journey demo hits Xbox Live

Microsoft has announced a playable demo of Fable: The Journey is available to download from Xbox Live now.

Xbox users will need to have a Gold account to download the Kinect title, while the demo will be made available for everyone next week.

Fable: The Journey is set to launch 12 October.

Lionhead creative director, Gary Carr, recently said the studio was 'destroyed' by negative comments made about the game after a demonstration at E3 2011.
