Titanfall sequels could be multiplatform
Sequels in the Titanfall franchise could end up being multiplatform, according to EA CFO and executive vice president Blake Jorgensen.
A lot has been made of the upcoming shooter and the fact that it won't be releasing on the PlayStation 4.
Jorgensen claimed that there's always a chance Titanfall 2 could end up on Sony's new console but nothing had been decided yet.
"We'll find I'm sure that there will be future Titanfalls at some point that may be on multiple product platforms," he said at the UBS Global Technology Conference.
"That's up to the teams that are going through that now, but at the end of the day, we're excited about this Titanfall and we think it will be a big title and it will be great for Xbox One.
"It's a very exciting product; people are really, really waiting for it. We haven't seen anything quite this exciting in the industry in a long time, the Respawn team has done an amazing job, they really have a talented group of people."
Titanfall launches on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on 14 March. Check out our preview here.
