Battlefield Hardline to launch with 9 maps and 7 modes

Visceral Games has revealed that Battlefield Hardline will release with nine maps and seven game modes.

That's on top of the single-player campaign, unique story, different weapons, vehicles and eSports modes.

"There's just tonnes of stuff that I'm really happy to talk about and excited and proud of what the team's doing," studio general manager Steve Papoutsis said in a YouTube interview.

Expect to see many more multiplayer maps released as DLC in the months following release.

Earlier this year Papoutsis told us that he'd love to see a Battlefield Hardline 2 if the first one is successful.
